Join today and help make the North Carolina Botanical Garden the leading conservation garden in the nation

Dear Friend,

The North Carolina Botanical Garden has been your public garden since it first opened its trails in 1966. With your support, we have the opportunity to make 2016—our Fiftieth Anniversary—the best year ever.

The Garden exists to inspire understanding, appreciation and conservation of plants. We are here to advance a sustainable relationship between people and nature, and to serve you and your loved ones. Over the course of 50 years, the Garden has grown and improved, thanks to the contributions of so many people who care about the environment. Because of all of you, the North Carolina Botanical Garden is known as the most comprehensive source of knowledge about plants and gardening in North Carolina and the Southeast.

Your year-end gift is extremely important. It will provide resources for current programs and projects where the need is greatest. Many people renew their membership at this time of year and add a special gift for a particular department or area. Others make a gift to build a permanent endowment that will be invested and provide support year after year.

Our staff, students and volunteers join me in thanking you for your generous support.

With gratitude,
Damon Waitt
NCBG Director
