More Information on Giving & Donations
We cannot do it without you! Friends like you keep the Garden growing and making a difference in conservation, education, and public service. We appreciate your membership and loyal support. Consider the following ways you can support the North Carolina Botanical Garden . . .
Make a Gift
Make a gift to help the Garden. You can give to your favorite Garden program or "where the need is greatest."
Secure ONLINE donations—Click on "Make a Donation" in the green block at right, or you can download a Membership Form[PDF] and mail it with payment to the following address:
North Carolina Botanical Garden
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Campus Box 3375
Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27599-3375
And see our "Wish List" at right: specific items toward which you can apply your gift!
Consider endowing your annual gift to the Garden. A gift to the General Endowment is a wonderful legacy and inspires others. Endowments grow and enable Garden staff to plan for the future. Contact Charlotte Jones-Roe via email or phone (919-962-9458) for information on how to do this.
Give an Honorary/Memorial Gift
When you honor or remember someone through membership renewal or an additional gift, you send two-way support: to the honoree or the family of the remembered one, and to the Garden! What better way to make a long-lasting gift than to support the Garden in its mission of conservation, education, research, and public service? Memorial/Honorary Form [PDF]
For naming opportunities associated with supporting the Garden, please contact Charlotte Jones-Roe via email or phone (919-962-9458).
Want to leave a legacy but need income?
A charitable gift annuity can provide guaranteed income for life for yourself and/or another person, save taxes, and allow you to make a larger gift to the Garden than you might have dreamed possible. For more information, including information about gift annuity rates, please call Elizabeth Ayers at 919-843-5289 or call Charlotte Jones-Roe at the Garden 919-962-9458.
A Note to UNC Alumni and Friends
