Mindful Movemement

We are pleased to offer classes in two different forms of mindful movement—Yoga and Tai Chi. These movement classes are held outdoors when possible. We have found that students appreciate the opportunity to practice in nature; and when the weather is rainy or cold, we move indoors to the beautiful Growing Classroom in our Education Center.

My classes utilize yang and yin movement, breath, sound, and intention as tools to cultivate balance and ease in the body and mind. I love to create and meditate with malas, chant with my harmonium, and offer hands-on assists in class."
