This form is intended for NCBG staff to complete when they would like to reserve a space for a work-related event (ex: conference, meeting, lecture, discussion group, etc). Before completing the form, please check the Master Calendar to ensure the space is available. Please submit this request at least 2 weeks before your event. The more notice, the better!
